Content and requirements of mask CCD test:
1. The length and width of the mask shall be measured with a tolerance of -1mm
2. The length of mask ear belt should be measured with a tolerance of -5mm;
3. Aluminum bar length measurement, tolerance is -5mm in 11;
4. Black hair (black foreign matter, etc.) is not allowed;
5. The hair of the ear belt exceeds the welding area, that is, the welding head of the ear belt is too long;
6. The teeth row of the mask is 4 rows OK;
7. Spot detection, the size of ballpoint pen tip spot, black spot is not allowed, light color is allowed;
8. Solder joints are fused through, showing through holes;
9. Dirt on ear band next to welding position.
All test data can be customization by customer requirement.
